The living room is located on the first floor and distributes the different rooms of the villa: access to the master bedroom and upstairs, the kitchen and the terrace. It is composed of :
- a sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table;
- a desk;
- a TV with satellite and a very high speed internet connection (optical fiber).


The rooms: (all air-conditioned)

The master bedroom is located on the first floor and is composed of :
- a 160cm bed (hotel mattress) ;
- a large walk-in dressing room leading to the private bathroom;
- a bathroom with Italian shower.


The second room is located on the first floor and offers :
- a 160cm bed (hotel mattress);
- a sea view.

The third room is located on the first floor and offers :
- a 160cm bed (hotel mattress);
- a sea view.


The "children's" room is located on the first floor and is composed of :
- two single beds of 90cm (hotel mattress) that can be grouped together as a double bed;


The bathrooms :
- the first bathroom is located in the master bedroom and is composed of :
- an Italian shower;
- a washbasin.
- the second bathroom is located on the first floor and is composed of :
- a bathtub ;
- two sinks.


The water closets :
- the first water closet is located on the first floor;
- the second is located on the first floor and is separate from the bathroom.


The kitchen:
The kitchen is open to the living room and the terrace. Fully equipped, it has :
- all the necessary equipment: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, gas hob, integrated hood, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, complete set of dishes, kitchen utensils.
- A storeroom with storage and washing machine.



The terrace:

The terrace is perhaps the most pleasant and friendly living space of the villa thanks to its layout and its view on the pool and the sea. It is composed of two living spaces :
- the dining area with its large and beautiful dining table ;
- the lounge area with its sofas and outdoor armchairs: ideal for having an aperitif!

- a private parking lot with two spaces. Additional parking spaces are available in front of the villa.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area and secured by an automatic gate at the entrance of the residence.
