This estate is located on the quiet north side of the popular Chaweng Beach, the best and largest beach on Koh Samui.

The location offers unparalleled privacy and fabulousness within walking distance of Chaweng's plethora of restaurants, bars, stores and entertainment venues. The sophisticated and lavish design of the three villas and 17-room clubhouse exudes sex appeal and surprise from the double wooden front door.

The villas face north, with views of the Choeng Mon peninsula ahead and Koh Matlang to the east. The wide beach leads to a shallow, calm and sheltered lagoon. Prevailing northeasterly winds bring a soothing sea breeze for most of the year.
The estate is fully staffed, including an English-speaking villa manager, a maid, a handyman, and a trained Thai chef. The villa staff is available 24/7 during your stay and will strive to meet your needs at all times. The villa manager is available to assist you with all your needs. We also offer a concierge service to assist you with all sightseeing and transfer activities.
Finally, guests interested in outdoor activities will not be disappointed either. Composed of three pavilions that revolve around a magnificent 20.7 meter pool covered with green Bali stones. The pool surrounds a huge covered sala below with comfortable seating. At the end of the pool, on the beach side, is a separate 3 x 4 meter pool for children.

Two verandas provide very pleasant places to relax with an al-fresco lounge. These covered outdoor verandas connect the indoor areas to the lawn furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas. Small gardens and lotus ponds lead you to the final pavilion. Opposite the master bedroom, on the right side, the modern kitchen and dining room face the ocean. The living room offers another outdoor dining area.

The rooms feature king-size beds, LCD TVs with Netflix, built-in wardrobes, personal safes, minibars and large mirrors. Each room has a private bathroom with a rain shower and two sinks.
