At the heart of the home, you’ll find the stunning kitchen, with world-class amenities, an earthy palette and an extended bench that doubles as an entertaining space. The spacious zone permits all guests to assist with food preparation or to simply sit and share conversations over the bench while gazing out onto the lush greenery. This heart flows into the living room and then out onto a patio, featuring comfortable sitting zones and the option of all windows, creating a constant flow of air and light throughout the space. Take note of the living room furnishings, which are European antiques from the early 1800s.
Venture outside, and you’ll find an incredible outdoor entertainment system and a resort-style swimming pool complete with sun lounges making for a perfect spot for fun-filled, sun-soaked days that drag into the evening. Continue out of the house, and you’ll find a fire pit surrounded by chairs, perfect for cooler evenings or even without the fire; it makes for a serene spot for an afternoon drink.
The Area:
Perfectly located in a peaceful, prime hinterland position, you’ll feel immersed in nature but within reach of the action. Being near Newrybar Village, you won’t have to travel far to find incredible shops and cafes, but you jump in the car and you’ll find yourself in the Byron centre within 20 minutes. Pristine white sands and blue water at Broken Head beach, which is a short drive from the home.

BYRON SHIRE NOISE RESTRICTIONS
All of our Byron Bay houses have firm no party policies with no additional guests allowed to visit the house at any time. Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10pm.
Receiving a noise complaint will result in a bond deduction if Quiet Hotline Security are called to the house and they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to the neighbourhood. These fines from the local Quiet Hotline Security can occur at any time from 6pm – 6am and are $165 each time plus a $55 processing fee. Multiple noise complaints may result in being asked to vacate immediately with no refund of remaining tariff or bond.
Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
