This beautiful contemporary home is just right for the relaxed holiday-maker looking for a peaceful base from which to explore this diverse region. Overlooking a tranquil valley and roaming hills from a quiet cul-de-sac, the villa is very private whilst also being a convenient 15 minute drive from Byron Bay.

Uniquely and thoughtfully designed, the towering 32 foot ceilings in the main living area create a real feeling of luxury and space while polished concrete floors, church windows and bespoke timber finishes add character & warmth. The 5 bedrooms are split across two levels and there is a separate self-contained studio near to the main house.

Stainless steel work tops and Smeg appliances will make for great family & friend meals at home if you don’t feel like heading out for the night! Stepping out through the wide glass sliding doors from the living area takes you to the salt-water pool and BBQ & entertaining patio.

Arrive with supplies and get cosy at home or drop your bags and head straight out to explore – this is the perfect base for either option!

There is a double sofa bed off the TV upstairs room as well as 2 x single daybeds in the bottom bedrooms that can be made-up for small children

BYRON SHIRE NOISE RESTRICTIONS

All of our Byron Bay houses have firm no party policies with no additional guests allowed to visit the house at any time. Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10pm.

Receiving a noise complaint will result in a bond deduction if Quiet Hotline Security are called to the house and they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to the neighbourhood. These fines from the local Quiet Hotline Security can occur at any time from 6pm – 6am and are $165 each time plus a $55 processing fee. Multiple noise complaints may result in being asked to vacate immediately with no refund of remaining tariff or bond.

Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
