You can follow the spectacular coastal road along the Esterel massif where you will regularly be surprised by magnificent views and bays with sandy beaches.

Théoule sur Mer itself is a picturesque village with beautiful beaches. If you want to eat out, the village itself is an absolute must. There you will find many delicious restaurants.

Once you pass through the electrically operated gate, you enter the private, cinematic realm. A wide, flat staircase leads you to a spacious terrace where you will find outdoor living at its finest; the azure sea as a magnificent backdrop, the large infinity pool, the jacuzzi (with a water temperature equal to that of the pool) and a pool house with bar: typically Mediterranean facets for a luxurious stay.

The heated swimming pool measures no less than 12 meters by 8 and is equipped with a wide deck. Nestled against the rock face is the beautiful pool house with a full kitchen and an additional bathroom. Large dining tables, comfortable deck chairs and the lively panorama of the sea complete this unique picture.

The villa was built in 1903 and still has the allure and grandeur of yesteryear. The luxury you will find here is contemporary and all bedrooms in the villa are equipped with air conditioning. The spacious living room has two sitting areas and open access to the grassy sea side terrace. An open connection leads to the fully equipped kitchen, which includes an American fridge with ice maker and a breakfast bar.

Three bedrooms are on the first floor, two of which open directly onto a terrace with sea views. The third bedroom has a terrace at the rear of the villa. These three bedrooms share two bathrooms.

The master bedroom is located higher up in an annex that can be accessed from inside and outside. It's a lovely room and from the comfortable double bed you have stunning sea views. You also have access to a large wardrobe. The bathroom is special thanks to a beautifully shaped glass dome.
