On the other hand, we find an independent studio composed of a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning and one with a shower.
OUTSIDE : Nice area around the pool (8x4) with Roman steps. There is a built-in barbecue and uncovered parking for 3 vehicles on the same plot.
LOCATION : The villa is located in a privileged area, 350m from the nearest supermarket, just 600m from the center of Calpe and all its services and only 1km from the nearest sandy beach.
