Golf enthusiasts will find what they are looking for: some of the best courses on the Côte d'Azur (near Cannes and Mougins, 30 min).

The villa is composed as follows: On the ground floor, all the rooms have access to the garden and the terraces. A large living room with dining room and access to the terrace, flat screen TV.

Spacious independent and fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, 4 gas rings, refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, dining area.
Upstairs are 4 bedrooms:
