This Penthouse is on one of Mauritius' favourite beaches at Belle Mare and is part of the private complex 1 hour from the airport. It is brand new and rented for the first time (Oct. 2022). It offers, long walks on our white sandy beach, swimming in the pristine water, pool and sun beds, water sports, maid service, and modern comforts.
The Penthouse and its large terrace are peaceful and ideal for reading or relaxing. You can also enjoy lunch and dinner at its outdoor table under the stars or under the Pergola. Listen to the sound of the waves and the colours of the lagoon. There are 2 sun loungers on the terrace and more sun loungers by the pool plus an outdoor shower. Children enjoy the separate shallow pool

It is located on the second floor and offers a breathtaking view of the sea. It is spacious with an area of about 190 square metres plus the 2 terraces and the balcony. It has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite with bathtub in the bedroom) and a fully equipped open kitchen with modern furniture.

Living area: Large open plan living, dining and kitchen area with stunning ocean views. The living room has a smart TV with local channels and Canal Sat, YouTube and Netflix channels. The dining table seats 8 and there is another table and chairs on the terrace. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob, Nespresso machine (capsules not provided) and dishwasher. Large sliding glass doors open onto the roof terrace.

Terrace: The terrace is a large space as you can see from the photos. It has a partially covered Pergola with a table and chairs. 2 or more sun loungers around the pool and the garden at the beach. Uninterrupted view of the sea.

Master bedroom: double bed with built-in wardrobes. It has an open plan en-suite bath and shower and toilet not forgetting the bath in the bedroom. It has air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the sea.

2nd bedroom: double bed with built-in wardrobes. It is air-conditioned.

3rd bedroom: double bed with built-in wardrobes. It has a view of open farmland with mountains in the background. The room is air-conditioned.

Bathroom for bedrooms 2 and 3: large shower, washbasin, WC.

SERVICES
Our manager welcomes you.
The cleaning lady works 5 x /week from 9:00 - 12:30. Please let us or the manager know if you want less hours for more privacy.
The housekeeper cleans, makes the beds and changes the sheets (once a week).

We provide linen and towels at no extra charge; food and drinks are not included. Internet is free of charge.

Children are welcome, but please note that the pool is not fenced. A cot and high chair are available.

THE COMPLEX
The complex has a total of 15 flats, which share an infinity pool (maximum depth 1.6m) and a separate children's pool. The grounds are well planted and landscaped, with a gardener and cleaner. The complex is professionally managed and well maintained.

SECURITY
The complex is fenced and secure, with cameras around the perimeter,

The Penthouse has a safe large enough for laptops.
