Close to the magnificent seaside resort of Pinarello and its beautiful sandy beach, in a 13 -hectare hotel area, these fully air -conditioned villas of 240m² are built on private land of 2000m². Decoration, tones, materials used and equipment make them high standing villas.

The entrance is by a hall which serves a large independent and fully equipped kitchen. The dining room and the living room open onto a large terrace where a heated swimming pool of 8m x 4m is taking shape, a spa and a sauna. This terrace is covered by a sliding "bubble" shelter for the hot season which allows the use of this equipment during the winter period or in the event of bad weather.

Pinarello beach, its bars and restaurants will be accessible to you in 10 minutes on foot via a secure path in the heart of the pine forest.

-Bedding: the sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one on the ground floor, the other upstairs, with their private bathrooms (showers or baths), and three bedrooms on the ground floor De-chaussée, with 2 single beds that can be compared, also with their private bathrooms (showers or baths). Scheduled for 10 people, its villas can accommodate up to 12 people with 2 additional beds (26 euros/person/night).

-Kitchen: with gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave and coffee maker.
