This fully air-conditioned villa has been designed with beautiful, authentic and modern materials. It is clear, bright and you will spend a very pleasant and rejuvenating stay there.

Accommodation:

5-bedroom villa for 12/14 people:

The villa is air-conditioned. It is composed of 2 parts: main part composed of an entrance with large living room and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with utensils, dishwasher, 2 high-end espresso coffee makers, kettle... adjoining laundry room with washing machine and dryer -laundry. 1 double bedroom on the ground floor with adjoining bathroom, and upstairs a games/reading area with 2 sofa beds for 1 person (child), another double bedroom with terrace and shower room.

You access the secondary part of the house through a dining room with indoor barbecue / pizza oven. The secondary part is composed of an independent entrance, with 2 parental suites with bathroom each and a family room with double rooms with bed in 160x200, and double bed 200x200 and bathroom.

Outside you will have several covered terraces all around the house with garden furniture for shaded meals, with barbecue allowing you to fully enjoy sunny days and enjoy meals with friends or family.

A swimming pool area (heated) with pool house is at your disposal for young and old with play equipment (buoys in fun shapes, water games, etc.), and in the pool house you can relax for a nap or for a game. quiet and cool.
