This satern villa is a private property of 20 hectares of olive trees, maquis and meadows where a few cows graze peacefully. The estate was built around 1850. It was originally a wine estate, made up of vines and technical buildings and dwellings. Some beautiful ruins still bear witness to a serene and glorious past. Perched at the top of a high hill, right in the center of the estate, a magnificent freestone chapel dominates the valley.

Very spacious and comfortable, this house offers both calm, outdoor and indoor space, the pleasure of a large swimming pool and leisure activities on site and nearby... countryside, sea and mountains, the place is ideal for discovering Corsica or rediscover it…

If you feel like it, despite everything, very beautiful and varied beaches, wild or more touristy (Propriano, Portigliolo), are 10/15 minutes away by car. The incredible Campomorro and its Genoese tower will undoubtedly be worth the detour...

Let yourself go in the swimming pool… Relax in the shade of a holm oak during a massage or take control of the barbecue to prepare grilled dishes with fresh rosé…
You won't really have to go any further... Not far from there, sailing, kiteboarding or diving enthusiasts will find the ideal beaches... Below the estate, the river provides some pleasant freshwater swimming to alternate with the salt water of the Mediterranean…

On the lower floor, at the level of the swimming pool and the garden: 1 bedroom-suite (21 m²) with 1 double bed of 160; very large private bathroom and toilet, 1 bedroom (16 m²) with two 90 cm twin beds and 1 bedroom (14m²) with two 90 cm twin beds. 1 large shower room with double basin and walk-in shower (with washing machine area), 1 separate WC.

– APPLIANCES: Kitchen (18m²) with 6-plate gas stove, large gas oven, microwave, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, beautiful original stone sink, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, small household appliances

– HIFI-VIDEO: Wifi, large LCD screen television, DVD player, music station.

– EXTERIOR: on the upper floor: 1 terrace shaded by reeds by an arbor above the lunch area, facing the valley, gas barbecue (provided). And outside: 1 fully shaded terrace, by the pool, for reading, orangeade or other moments… and large grassy areas planted with flowers from the maquis.
