A 110 m² single storey flat with a private garden, at Pointe d'Esny Beach, 20 minutes from the airport.

Pointe d'Esny Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Mauritius and offers a turquoise lagoon with crystal clear waters and fine white sand.

The flat is offered not only for long term rental but also for short term rental.

The large lagoon is ideal for kite surfers and families with young children and it is easy to snorkel in the calm waters.

Details
This flat is on the ground level and is part of 5 units. In the past we have often had singles or couples renting the flat for its convenience, although the flat is suitable for 6 adults and 1 child, or ideally 4 adults and 2-3 children.

The living and dining room overlooks a fenced garden and lawn, so is safe for children.

Bedrooms
All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned and have 3 en-suite bathrooms. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped, including an American fridge.

Please note: we provide and regularly change bed linen and towels free of charge. Flat screen TV and satellite in the living room and additionally in the master bedroom,

The building is secured by an electric gate and guests have their own private parking behind the flat.

Service
A cleaning lady works from Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00. In addition, she prepares breakfast if guests are shopping; (for short term lets only); the property does not include food and drink.

Surroundings
Shops and restaurants, as well as the Blue Bay water park are only 5 minutes away. Next to the yacht club on your left, the kite school is 150 metres down the beach. Bring your snorkelling gear!

The daily market in Mahebourg, 10 minutes away by car or bus, is not to be missed. You can enjoy fresh fish and meat, not to mention a variety of exotic fruits and vegetables, as well as local crafts.

Transport
The bus passes behind the property.

A good starting point to visit the island, ideally 8 miles from the airport, 30.4 miles from Grand Bay. 25.5 miles from Flic-en-Flac.
