Brand new chalet of 350 m2 (end of construction January 2020), a cozy and warm place to relax, where it is pleasant to meet up with friends or family.

Fully equipped for 16 beds, divided into 5 double bedrooms and a dormitory with 6 beds. All the rooms and the dormitory are equipped with a shower room or bathroom and toilet.

The chalet is located on the heights of Montgenèvre, 400m from the snow front and the ski school, at the foot of the free shuttle stop (Diseur stop), 300m from the heart of the village and its shops.

The living space located on the third floor, under the magnificent frame and its glass gable, makes this chalet an exceptional place where the view of the mountain is a 180° view! This open space is made up of a large fully equipped open-plan kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, etc.), 2 lounges (a TV lounge and a cozy lounge with open fire), a dining dining room that can accommodate 12 people at the table.

Large bay windows give access to two large terraces, one facing east on the Italian Valley, the other facing south on the ski area.

The ground floor is composed of a double garage, a very large entrance hall, a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer), a large ski-room with boot warmers, and Independent WC.

The first floor is made up of 2 double bedrooms (each has its own shower room, toilet and a large glass door giving access to its south-facing terrace) and a dormitory for 6 beds with its bathroom composed of a a bath, a shower, a toilet. The dormitory has a TV.

On the second floor, there are 3 double bedrooms (with their own shower room and their toilet), 2 of these 3 bedrooms have a large glass door giving access to their own south-facing terrace, an independent toilet, a traditional sauna with its own shower
