On the layout side, the apartment looks pretty good with:

A living room with sofa, flat screen TV and dining table for 4 people, opening onto a quiet terrace facing West (yes the aperitifs at the end of the sunny day!)

An open kitchen with everything you need, so above all a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?), but also a central island and everything you expect from a kitchen worthy of this name.

A first bedroom with a double bed as we like them, a TV, a large closet / dressing room and access to the terrace.

A second bedroom with pull-out sofa bed which converts into a double bed. Access to the terrace here too.

A shower room with washing machine and walk-in shower.

Separate toilets, but who live it very well.

A little extra, you will be entitled, when leaving your home, to a small secret passage leading directly to the Croisette...

THE STRONG POINTS :

West facing terrace
Parking space just for you.
Double glazing for maximum calm
Wifi connection because all you need is love and wifi.
Location a few minutes from the center and the Croisette on foot while being in a large quiet wooded park.
All shops nearby.
AND AS A BONUS:

Sheets (very nice and clean) provided for each bed, 1 large and 1 small towel per person. Dimensions not adjustable to everyone's size, even with a lot of goodwill. (Possibility of extra linen on request).

A map of the city, transport and a guide to places not to be missed (and missed).

A survival kit on arrival (shampoo, shower gel, water, coffee and tea).

PLEASE NOTE: Parties and parties are not tolerated, pets are not allowed except for small sizes and on request, and smokers are requested to reserve their cigarette break outside ONLY.

GEOGRAPHY SIDE:

After a few very small steps in your street, Avenue du Maréchal Juin, you can, at your choice and in less than four and a half minutes (subject to not showing bad faith by walking on your hands):

Empty your bank account in the many shops on rue d'Antibes (3 minutes on foot)

Stroll on the Croisette for a Carrousel ride or a remote-controlled boat race (4 minutes)

Sip a cocktail at the Carlton, with or without alcohol depending on your party spirit. (6 minutes)

Make your fateful - but unavoidable - selfie on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or more soberly go to work). (15/20 minutes)

Use your imagination by walking through the city center but only using the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side. (All durations combined).

And to make your life easier, a concierge service for all your needs!

Ask us what would make you happy, but above all a driver, a bit of cleaning, a luggage deposit, a parking reservation, or more moderately a cot or a high chair for your (little) companions. We struggle like chefs to make your most rational and practical wishes come true!

!! ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES INFO !!

Check-in and check-out are flexible (in our image), except in the case of cross departures and arrivals, in which case arrival is from 4 p.m. and departure until 11 a.m. couldn't find a way to duplicate the apartments).

IMPORTANT: A supplement of €35 is charged for arrivals after 8 p.m. Arrivals after midnight only on key box. (we save time for Netflix).
