This charming villa with private swimming pool is located in a very panoramic position overlooking the hills of Florence and a small lake. The position is ideal for those looking to explore the surrounding area as the stunning city of Florence with its many attractions is only 15 km away, Greve in Chianti is approximately a 40-minute drive and the motorway exit is a 20 minute drive from the house. Hence LaVilla is not only perfect for those looking to explore the region but also for sport lovers: there are a horse-riding school 1km away and the renowned Ugolino Golf club is just a 30-minute drive from the house. Even if in a very private location, this farmhouse is a short drive from shops (6.5km) and to a restaurant (2.5km).

The exteriors are well kept and the swimming pool is set in the most panoramic point of the estate on a higher level in comparison to the house. The pool has been equipped with a salt water system, ideal for those looking to avoid chlorine. There is a lovely veranda in front of the house, very loved by past clients who enjoyed their al fresco meals here. The spacious and airy interior has been furnished with with great taste. Past travellers have particularly enjoyed spending time together playing pool in the large billiard room or table tennis in the mezzanine floor. La Villa can host up to 12 guests, there are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The sixth bedroom has an independent access from the garden and it has an ensuite bathroom, this is ideal for those looking for complete privacy while spending time with their friends/family.

Florence is a city full of art and it offers a wide range of sights from the renowned Duomo and Uffizi to the great museums of Museo dell'Accademia to the Palazzo Strozzi. This city is also highly appreciated by food and wine lovers, as there are many great restaurants and places to have a drink - Salogi Team will be happy to provide you a list with the ones we love the most together with our suggestions on the "must see". Furthermore, there is the renowned Antinori winery in Bargino which is an incredible stop not only for wine lovers but also for architecture enthusiasts. For those looking to do some fashion shopping, apart from the famous boutique in the city of Florence, there is the well known The Mall Luxury Outlet approximately a 10 minute drive from La Villa.
