THE APARTMENT
On the 4th floor (65 sqmt), the apartment is newly renovated, with a comfortable atmosphere and newer and older furnishings for a relaxing visit.
The building where the apartment is located was built in the 1500’s and as such, does not have a lift, however the beautiful views are more than worth it.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the other has a single bed that can convert to a double bed. The two bedrooms have air conditioners, if needed, for a pleasant sleep.
The living area has a comfortable sofa and Flat/Tv, dining table for 4 and access to the kitchenette well equipped to entertaining or prepare a simple meal.

WHY TO STAY HERE
Located in Santo Spirito, the apartment is a bright, breezy and colorful rooftop apartment with panoramic views from Boboli Gardens to Bellosguardo and ending at Porta Romana.
The Duomo and the other monuments are about a 15 minutes walk. At the end of your day come back to Santo Spirito, which is much less touristy than other parts of the city and experience the real Florence.
If you don’t feel like cooking at home one evening you can enjoy restaurants at your doorsteps and around Piazza Santo Spirito.
