The apartment is located in the heart of Florence, just in Via Tornabuoni, considered one of the most prestigious and elegant streets in Florence, and famous for its elegant boutiques such as Salvatore Ferragamo, Armani, Versace, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Burberry and not to mention Cavalli. The apartment is just a stone’s throw from Piazza Signoria, Piazza Santa Croce and the main tourist sites and monuments such as the Uffizi Gallery, the Duomo, the Bargello Museum, Pontevecchio and Palazzo Vecchio.
Parking

Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which means a “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact a private garage. Thanks to the private garage you will obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.

The public bus service in Florence is provided by "Ataf".
The nearest bus stop to the house is in front of Santa Maria Novella Station about 5 minutes walking distance, and the line is called Tramvia n° T1 "VILLA COSTANZA → CAREGGI OSPEDALE".

Interior Description
Apartment set on 2 levels (100 sqm) with 3 bedrooms furnished in an antique style and 2 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 5+1 people. Besides, the apartment also boasts a wonderful garden (60 sqm), ideal for a relaxing time or alfresco lunch. On the first level (that is the garden level) you will be welcomed by a beautiful living room, elegantly furnished with a sofa, armchair, carpet, antiques and a dining table. The living room has direct access to the garden thanks to the French windows. Following a well-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of: a double bedroom (non-divisible bed) with a French window overlooking the garden, and a small bedroom with a single bed and an extra pullout bed. Then there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower and a washing machine. On the second level, which is accessed via a staircase, you will find the third bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined to form a double bed). This room does not have a closing door.
