The Villa is a part of the property that lends itself well to renting for holidays in the company of friends or family: thanks to its 5 bedrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 10/12 people in a very comfortable and close to the most important places of tourist interest in Tuscany and neighboring Umbria.
The other part of the property is used as a wedding dress workshop: occasionally and only from Monday to Friday by appointment, the owners will accompany their clients to this part of the villa which remains completely separate from the one rented. The outdoor spaces (garden and swimming pool) are always at the complete and exclusive disposal of the guests of the rental part of the villa.

The Villa is located in a quiet residential area which benefits from proximity to shops (supermarket 650 meters away).

Next to the beautiful swimming pool, large belvedere equipped with a lounge area, a dining area (TV) and a kitchen with barbecue, oven, 4 burners, fridge. This outdoor space is perfect for sitting by the pool and enjoying the peace and quiet of this beautiful residence.

Second floor: (attic): double bedroom.
Semi-basement: (accessible both from inside and outside): large living room with billiard table and large dining table, kitchen (oven, freezer, espresso coffee machine, dishwasher, small wine cellar , wood oven for pizzas), bathroom with washing machine; access to the outside where there is another bathroom with shower.
