Location and proximity:
This superb villa is located in a quiet and residential area very popular in the heart of Etang-Salé-les-Bains, 150 m from the lagoon and in the immediate vicinity of the main points of interest of the municipality. The hardest part will be to choose between the beautiful Etang Salt Forest and its sports routes (1 min walk), the long, wild black sand beach, and the lagoon to observe fish, rays and turtles.

Halfway between the lagoons of St-Pierre in the South and the Saline in the West, it is also the ideal starting point for all your excursions on the island and spend a dream holiday.

At least 5 min walk, you can go to the fish shop to enjoy the fishing of the day and the corner, the organic bakery Coté-Pain and the best artisanal glacier of the island (I recommend honey-ginger or lemon-basil). Bus stops, doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, pharmacy, medical center, grocery store, post office, wine cellar, and restaurants within a 5 min walk.
