Facing the sea, this welcoming and pretty house built on the rocks, is near the village of Cava d'Aliga, in southern Sicily.
Arranged on two floors, the house has a roof terrace, which offers a breathtaking panorama and where the living room is fitted out, which can be closed with transparent tarpaulins, thanks to a fixed structure. At the rear, a pleasant internal courtyard equipped for meals gives access to an annex which consists of the kitchen/dining room.
In the courtyard, swimming pool of 3X7 meters open from April to October (heated by solar panels). The Villa, which has just been restored, offers all the comforts of a seaside house, the furnishings are modern and functional. There are two ways to reach the property, either directly by the coastal dirt road or from the provincial road that connects Cava d'Aliga to Sampieri. On the sea side, a gate opens onto low rocks and to the left, the rocks rise higher forming small coves that are easy to access. On the right, a few hundred meters away, we find the beach of Cava d'Aliga. You will find all food shops in Cava d'Aliga and supermarkets within a radius of 2 km. The most important baroque cities of southern Sicily such as Noto, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla are nearby, as well as the splendid golden sand beaches of Sampieri and Paja Grande in the vicinity of Donnalucata.
