VILLA SICILE 10 PERS. CASTELLAMMARE DEL GOLFO PRIVATE POOL GARDEN SEA

The Villa is easily accessible and its large door is located along the road of a residential area a few kilometers from Castellammare del Golfo. It is surrounded by majestic promontories and is immersed in a large two-hectare park planted mostly with pines and olive trees typical of the region, traversed by small paths that invite you to stroll and join the hammocks shaded by century-old trees. Of classical inspiration, it was recently renovated in the name of modern comfort, while respecting the local architectural tradition. The Villa is fully air-conditioned and all the bedrooms in the main building have a private bathroom. The common areas on the ground floor offer comfortable spaces to relax in the traditional living room, and the dining room is directly connected to the kitchen with a typical Sicilian flavor, fully tiled with ancient tiles. You can access the exterior from different points of the house, where you can have lunch under a large pergola and access the large, well-equipped infinity pool. The property is located in an area full of destinations to explore. Between the farm and the historic center of Castellammare del Golfo there are basic shops, supermarkets, excellent bars and bakeries. The historic center of Castellammare evolves around the pedestrian center and the small port which are full of restaurants and bars and you can breathe a holiday and pleasant atmosphere. The region offers a varied choice of destinations to explore for all tastes. The Riserva dello Zingaro and San Vito lo Capo are sought after areas for their white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters as well as for the paths for long walks and trekking. Historical destinations include the suggestive Greek Theater of Segesta. For wine lovers, Alcamo and Marsala and their numerous cellars will not disappoint you. This geographical area evokes the ancient Arabic flavors and the city centers retain an authentic flavor. The fascinating Sicilian capital of Palermo is an hour's drive away. NB: if the property is rented in this solution, no other client will be present in the entire structure.

Interior:
The Villa is on two levels. The main entrance opens onto a spacious atrium with joint ownership on three sides: on the right the living room with direct access to the outside; opposite, the imposing living room with its large dining table well connected to the traditional Sicilian-style kitchen (from which there is access to the laundry room); on the left you reach a double bedroom with its en-suite bathroom with shower. The atrium also leads to the staircase leading to the upper floor. Here there is a double bedroom with sofa bed and bathroom with shower opening onto the covered terrace with relaxation area (also accessible from the hallway). Two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom complete the floor, all with bathroom with shower. ANNEX. It is accessed by crossing the central courtyard and consists of a living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a bathroom with shower.

Park:
The farmhouse is located in a fenced park of about 2 hectares, partly composed of a pine forest, an orchard, a small vineyard and an olive grove where 3 shaded hammocks have been placed. The ground is paved with natural stone around the farmhouse and in the central courtyard. The same stone was used to create paths that lead to the swimming pool and the olive grove area with hammocks. At the back of the house, 5 steps lead to the pergola with the large table for outdoor dining and nearby are the old stone pile and the mobile barbecue. A few steps from the pergola is the large pool area. In the central courtyard, an outdoor space covered with an awning houses the ping-pong table. N.B.: It should be noted that the shots are generally taken in the spring, therefore the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.

Pool:
From the terrace at the back of the house 4 steps down lead to the pergola and then to the pool area, about 10 m from the villa. The pool area is bordered by hedges and olive trees, and the view of the mountains is spectacular. In its center is the rectangular infinity pool, 15 x 6 m wide and 1.40 m deep. The swimming pool is purified with salt. The tank is covered with an innovative PVC (Arkoplan Touch 3000) and is accessible by a few internal steps. Deckchairs and parasols are arranged all around on the vast solarium paved with natural stone. The outdoor shower is solar powered. The pool is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.
