Within easy reach of glorious sandy beaches, the Vendicari nature reserve and the handsome town of Noto, the location is perfect for exploring the highlights of east Sicily. Surrounded by gently rolling countryside with olive trees and views of the sea, the setting feels both scenic and private. The outside space is designed for enjoying long Sicilian summers to the full. Here you can cool off in the inviting infinity pool, unwind on cushioned seating areas or dine together, surrounded by an array of unusual exotic plants.

Interior:
Step inside to a welcoming, open plan living space. Complete with a large sofa, dining area and kitchen, it’s a terrific setting for meals and drinks together. A small guest toilet is also conveniently on hand here. Large sliding glass doors open to the garden and terrace, giving it an airy, spacious feel. Off a central corridor, there are four double bedrooms, each with its own ‘floating’ designer bed giving a sense of lightness to the room. Eye-catching ceramic tiles adorn the walls throughout the villa. A unique style feature, the tiles are crafted locally and infuse each room with its own traditional Sicilian colour combination. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom totally integrated in the room, in fact, in a couple of rooms the bathroom spreads out into the bedroom with no door separation except for the wc. Bathrooms and wardrobes are conceived in an industrial and minimal taste. One of the rooms has an extra single bed in an alcove that can be used as a third bed or as a day bed and another one has a seating that can be transformed into an extra single bed. All 4 bedrooms have an exit that leads outdoors with heavy industrial mosquito nets. The 5th room is a large and bright bedroom with a dedicated space for studying and working this space has a huge glass wall that opens onto the exterior and looks out to lush countryside. When this room is not used as a bedroom, it doubles into a second living area with comfortable sofas. It also has its own en-suite bathroom.

Park:
There is certainly no shortage of outdoor areas to enjoy here! Each outdoor space has been carefully created to maximise the time of day, the position of the sun creating shade and protection from the winds. Close to the house is the outdoor dining table. Next to the dining table, are two areas with sofas and soft seatings where coffees and drinks can be served. At the back of the house is yet another outdoor lounge with sofas. Stairs lead up to the roof terrace conceived to enjoy in the cooler hours great for yoga at sunset. By the pool you can choose to relax taking in the sun on the sun-beds or choose the shaded area with comfortable soft loungers. The garden, designed by the owner who is a landscape gardener, is a harmonious blend of flowers, local fruit trees and scented herbs. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The long and narrow pool (15 x 4 m, deep 1,40 m.) is perfect for swimming and blends in beautifully with the surroundings. A Changing space, and WC are in a separate building discreetly at hand.
