Beautiful stone farmhouse situated in quiet and panoramic location in Arezzo surroundings with extensive views on the Arno valley, in Tuscany.
This property is entirely fenced-in and provides large outdoor areas (2000 square meters), a private swimming-pool and nice areas furnished for open-air dining. La Villa was restored with its original architectural features such as beamed-ceilings and terracotta-tiled floors preserved and offers nice, welcoming interiors.
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.
The location is peaceful and ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding landscape.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden with gazebo, tables, chairs and hammock, large private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m - depth 1,5 m – open from the 15th of April to the 15th of October), barbecue.
Parking within the grounds.
Extra : Baby bed free of charge. Maid service by arrangement € 12,- / per hour (paid on site). Upon request: Tuscan dinners.
Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 100,- / per week (payment on the spot).

Entrance to the villa comprising a living-room with fireplace and satellite TV, dining-room, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, American coffee maker). The dining-room and the kitchen have direct access on to the outside.
1st floor: 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms, passage-way twin-bedded room, 2 bathrooms with shower, large double bedroom with extra single bed, spacious double bedroom with extra single bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub.

A very very beautiful villa, very well taken care of , in a beautiful surrounding. Everyone from age 14 to 82 had a great time. The photos were very accurate, the interior is beautiful and the beds very comfortable, not too soft. The pool was very clean and got cleaned every other day. Some bedrooms may only be reached by passing through another bedroom. It is pure Toscana feeling. As the property lies in the hills the way to reach it is a little steep and the view is gorgeous. And we were so well taken care of by Sue, who fulfilled any wish we had and helped us in any way possible. Already looking forward to our next stay.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, ein wahrer Ort der Erholung und Ruhe. Ideal für jeden der die Schönheit der Toskana ohne jede Ablenkung genießen möchte, weshalb es eigentlich auch ein Vorteil ist, dass das WLAN nicht funktioniert. Der Blick vom Pool ist herrlich und der Garten ein kleines Paradies. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und wir sind vor Ort hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend empfangen worden. Der einzige Nachteil ist das Durchgangszimmer, das man eigentlich nicht als Schlafzimmer nutzen kann, weil es der Zugang zu vier weiteren Zimmern ist. Es ist zwar ein sehr schöner Raum, aber kein Rückszugsort. Trotzdem würde ich das Haus jedem empfehlen und komme nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé deux semaines magiques dans cette charmante villa toscane. Nous étions 10 pour la plupart du temps et 13 lorsque la famille est venue pour quelques jours. Nous avions tous beaucoup d'espace et étions impressionnés par les vues à couper le souffle depuis la villa. Nous avons visité Florence, Sienne, Assise et Arezzo. Nous avons trouvé les habitants du village voisin de Subbiano très sympathiques, accueillants et serviables. Nous avons dû utiliser le centre médical de Subbiano et avons été très impressionnés par l'efficacité de chacun. Les hôtesses ont été extrêmement accueillantes et serviables tout au long de nos vacances. Je recommanderais le beau repas toscan qu'A. et sa charmante maman peuvent préparer pour vous dans la villa.
