A beautiful property with its own pool, not far from Montaione, roughly 45 km from Florence.
The area of San Gimignano located in the territory of Toscana region offers all the natural and historical characteristics that are typical of Tuscany.
The estate offers a beautiful pool to live hours of relax with family and friend and a spacious garden for the outdoors days which enhances your summer feasts. This rental is comprised of 4 units, one of which is in a detached house while the other three are in a farmhouse located very nearby. Outside sits a lovely swimming pool for shared use by guests of the four units along with a fenced garden.

First floor: Entrance into living room (satellite TV) with fireplace, dining area and kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, barbecue, freezer), bedroom with French bed (suitable for one adult or two children), bathroom with shower and bathtub, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, twin bedroom, bedroom with three single beds.
Private furnished outdoor area.

Each rental is comfortably furnished and offers a private outside space equipped for outdoor dining. Rental of all four units together would mean the use of the pool becomes private. About 4 km away, the owners have another property with a tennis court and a seasonal vegetable garden, both of which all guests are welcome to use.
The location of this property is ideal for easy visiting of the many beautiful towns and places that Tuscany offers such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence, Siena, the Chianti wine-making area and the Tuscan coast.
A tarmac driveway, bordered with trees, accesses the property.

Available to guests:
- Large outdoor areas, swimming pool (14 x 7 m – minimum depth 1,1m – maximum depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09)
- laundry room with two washing machines (free use)
- option to use the concrete tennis court located approx. 4 km away. Also taking part at the other property, from mid-June to mid-September, the owners treat their guests to an aperitif accompanied with live music.
- WI-FI connection available in each rental.
- Parking onsite.

Any of the twin bedrooms can be transformed into double rooms, once requested during booking.

The final cleaning expense is included in the cost and in the case of a booking of two or more consecutive weeks, a cleaning service and change of bed linen can take place on a Saturday.

Extra services: Children’s cots. Housekeeper available upon request. There is a telephone available in each of the apartments, charged for depending on usage. Opportunities to purchase products from agricultural businesses such as wine, oil, grappa etc.
Pets are welcome at no extra charge.
