Thanks to its 6 comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning, the property can comfortably accommodate 12/13 people in a pleasant context surrounded by the vineyards of the owners' estate. The house enjoys a panoramic and quiet position overlooking the hills surrounding Cerreto Guidi, a small town a few kilometers from Vinci, birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci.

If you are looking for a quiet place in the countryside, close to the most important points of interest in Tuscany, you will not be disappointed with this house. The nearby town of Vinci, birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci with a museum dedicated to him, is 7 km away. The cities of Florence, Pisa, Lucca and the sea are approx. an hour by car.

At approx. 350m, next to the cellar of the estate, possibility of organizing:
