Located in Cerbaia, la Villa is a beautiful farmhouse with a private pool.
The villa is surrounded by tall cypress trees that border the estate and create a relaxing atmosphere of privacy.
The garden is characterised by a beautifully manicured lawn overlooking a beautiful valley and boasts several panoramic views over the Tuscan countryside.
A splendid private swimming pool (16 x 8 m, depth from 140 cm to 70 cm), equipped with comfortable sun loungers completes the large park.
The outdoor dining area is perfect for sunset aperitifs or al fresco lunches and dinners.
A barbecue completes the lounge area, turning a simple meal into a real party.
Guests of the villa can cycle nearby or enjoy the garden.

The villa has 2 levels connected by a central internal staircase.

Ground Floor:
On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a small living room with a marble dining table, three armchairs and a pizza oven.
To the right is a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and gas oven; to the left of the small living room is a large living room furnished with a sofa, armchairs, TV and a dining table that can seat up to 12 people.
The living room gives access to a double bedroom with an external service bathroom with shower.

First floor:
On the first floor we find on the right 2 double bedrooms both with external bathroom, one with shower and one with shower and bath.
On the left 3 double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom with shower.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and has WiFi connection. Double beds not divisible.
