La Villa is a very comfortable villa with a private swimming pool located only 9 km from Montalcino , renowned worldwide for its wine production. The ancient structure of the property developed over the centuries around a church dating back to the 13th century.
Its use over the years has changed from a rectory to a peasant house, more recently to a renowned restaurant and events' space , and now to a villa.
The owner, who has worked in hospitality for many years, has equipped the house with all modern comforts such as air-conditioning in all rooms, a very well-equipped professional kitchen (previously used for events' catering) and a well equipped wine room with bottle coolers, ice makers and all needed to taste wines at their best.
Now this property is ready to welcome discerning clients from all over the world .

Unfortunately the photos we have available don't do justice to the beauty of la Villa. We added this property to our portfolio in January 2022 and we had to use the non-professional pictures available. We plan to organise a photoshoot to capture this property at its best in the good season.

The layout of la Villa makes it the ideal property for groups of friends or families looking to spend time together while retaining their privacy.
The ground floor of the main building has been converted into a very comfortable living area that can conveniently gather big groups.
The bedrooms are accessible from the garden and divided into four separated sleeping apartments, all equipped with a living area and a small kitchen unit.

The outside area is well furnished to allow clients to fully enjoy their time in the garden. The swimming pool, set beyond the vineyard, has many shaded areas under the trees, hence ideal even during the hottest days of summer.

Apart from visiting the nearby worldwide famous wine cellars and the charming village of Montalcino from la Villa one can undertake mountain bike routes, go horseback riding or go trekking. At a short distance there are several sightseeing sites such as San Quirico d’Orcia, Pienza, Monticchiello, Bagno Vignoni, Chiusi, Montepulciano, Buonconvento.
Moreover the location is ideal for visiting the most well-known Tuscan towns like Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Monteriggioni, Pitigliano, Cortona, Arezzo, San Gimignano, Florence etc.

The housemaid, who lives in a separate apartment on the estate, will be happy to support clients preparing simple meals as well as to provide extra cleaning (at extra cost). For those looking for a food experience, there is also the possibility to hire a professional chef.
