The Villa is part of a stunning estate surrounded by the beautiful hills of San Gimignano. Nestled in one of the most famous countrysides of the world, this property boasts spectacular views and is the ideal starting and returning point for touring in Chianti and Tuscany thanks to its privileged location halfway between Florence and Siena.

The villa is surrounded by high cypresses bordering the estate and creating a relaxing atmosphere of privacy, embraced by a wonderful terraced lawn (1500 square meters) overlooking a stunning valley and boasts several panoramic views of rare beauty.
At a lower level from the mansion, there is a vast park (around 3000 sq.m.) and a gorgeous private swimming pool (16 x 8 mt depth from 140 cm to 70 cm), equipped with cozy sunbeds, an elegant sunshade, and a wide gazebo with armchairs, refrigerator and a table perfect for light meals and fresh drinks at poolside. The swimming pool area is reachable through a staircase from the villa's outdoor area.
The property and the garden overlook an idyllic valley and allure the guest to enjoy the breathtaking view of the San Gimignano towers, from the lounge area sheltered by an exquisite sun shade tent, perfect for sunset cocktails or for a short rest waiting for the meals under the impressive gazebo which hosts a magnificent dining table for 27 people.

Complete the lounge area with a barbecue and a wooden pizza oven, able to turn a simple meal into a real party.
Near the swimming pool, there is also an outdoor play area where there is a versatile playfield for many sports such as volleyball or badminton in addition to bocce and croquet court. All sports equipment is provided.

Interior Description

Main building

1st apartment:
Ground floor

First floor
- living room with 3 armchairs with fireplace and a single sofa bed
- 4 bedrooms: 3 doubles + 1 bedroom with a bunk bed of 2 meters. Two double bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom (one of these ones is a service bathroom)
- 3 bathrooms: 2 ensuites, 1 shared (very large with two sinks) between the master bedroom and the children's room with bunk bed
All bathrooms have a shower except for one of the ensuite ones.

2nd Apartment:
Ground floor

- breakfast desk
- dining room with table for 9 people
- small sitting room with modern fireplace and armchairs + double sofa bed

First floor:

In the second apartment, 3 double rooms + 1 room with a bunk bed of 2 meters.:
one room has one ensuite bathroom with a shower.

In the annex, on the ground floor 3 rooms:
2 double rooms + 1 room with a bunk bed of 2 meters in length.
