This beautiful villa with private swimming pool is located in a panoramic position, with stunning views over the vineyards and olive groves of Castello di Volpaia, a winery since 1172, which today produces one of the most famous Chianti Classicos. In 2018, the Riserva 2015 wine was ranked by Wine Spectator the third best wine in the world!

It is an ideal resort for those looking for a completely relaxing holiday in Chianti with the possibility of enjoying their meals, cooked by the staff (on request), under the covered terrace. The charming neighboring hamlet of Volpaia can be reached on foot via a 1.3 km path or in no time by car (2.5 km). Among the beautiful narrow streets of the village, guests can buy bread from the local bakery, relax in the bars, taste the exceptional wines at the local winery, enjoy a gourmet meal at the Osteria, acclaimed by many gastronomic guides, or the local cuisine in one of the simpler restaurants. In addition, guests of the Villa can arrange a complimentary guided wine tour or take a half-day cooking class with the owner of the property.

The interior of the Villa has been restored in full respect of typical Tuscan traditions and taking into account the comfort that guests need. Each bedroom has its own adjoining bathroom. This house is very convenient for families, as it overlooks the swimming pool, allowing parents to relax while keeping an eye on the children. For larger groups, 2 additional bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms can be rented in the outbuilding of the house.

The Villa gives you the possibility to have at short distance everything you need, to use your cars very little, but it is also ideal for tourist visits. The villa is a short drive from Florence, San Gemignano, Siena, Arezzo and all the famous villages of Chianti and beyond.
