Montaione, a very welcoming little Tuscan village not far from Florence, born of the first settlements in Etruscan and Roman times, is also famous because it is located a few kilometers from the pilgrimage site of San Vivaldo, a perfect reproduction on a reduced scale of the Jerusalem of the 15th century, and which earned it the name of “Jerusalem of Tuscany.”
The region is characterized by rolling hills, vast olive groves, cypresses and typical Mediterranean forests.
The villa enjoys a panoramic position, overlooking the valley and the hills, along the road that descends to San Miniato, surrounded by a large private plot of olive trees and cypresses.
The villa is accessed through an old gate, the interior is very well maintained, furnished with antiques and enriched with the highest quality decorative accessories, the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave, the bedrooms on the first floor have air conditioning.
