Original villa built in 1973, characterized by large windows, terraces and published in the magazine “Ville e Giardino”, an important Italian decoration magazine.
The Villa is located on a hillside, overlooking Lake Trasimeno and enjoys a magnificent view of the lake, its islands and on the horizon the soft and green hills that characterize the landscape of Umbria.

The territory of the Umbria region and in particular the area of ​​Cortona and Valdichiana presents all the natural characteristics typical of this territory between Umbria and Tuscany.

The Villa offers its guests a swimming pool to have fun with friends or family, a beautiful fireplace to make the atmosphere even more warm and welcoming, a large garden with barbecue that will make your stay unique during the summer season. The furnishings are comfortable (simple in the basement). Around the house, a large park-garden made of natural terraces with the beautiful swimming pool and a pleasant gazebo with barbecue. Located a stone's throw from the border between Tuscany and Umbria, this property makes it easy to visit these two regions. Within a radius of about 50km are towns such as Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Cortona and the characteristic little town of Passignano.
2km away, Lake Trasimeno with beaches and the possibility of practicing windsurfing, sailing and fishing.
At about 500m and below passes the Siena-Perugia semi-motorway which runs alongside the lake.
Access by a small road (max height: 2m) of 1.20km including a section of 300m unpaved. In the case of a higher car, advise at the time of booking.
Due to the characteristics of the attic on the first floor and the swimming pool area, the Villa is not recommended for families with children under 12 years old.
