The Villa is an ideal property for those looking to enjoy the Tuscan countryside while still being close to the sea. It is less than a kilometer walk from the historic town of Camaiore, at the foot of the Apuan Alps, and less than 9 km from the sandy beaches of the Versilia coast. The seaside resorts of Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi, famous for their restaurants, shops and nightclubs, are also very close. In addition, it is 8 km from the motorway exit and is therefore perfect for travelers looking to visit the Tuscan region with its many attractions.

The owner of the Villa fell in love with this idyllic location and bought a ruin which she transformed into a country resort for her family and friends. The restoration was designed by his daughter - a renowned contemporary architect - who emphasized the light in the spaces rather than trying to maintain the original traditional Tuscan style. The property now consists of three different units, a main house and two guest houses, making the Villa ideal for those looking to vacation together while enjoying their privacy.

In the main house two bedrooms (one double bedroom and one double bedroom) and three bathrooms (one with bathtub and two with shower - one of which is on the lower ground floor). Each of the two independent units consists of a twin bedroom with private bathroom (one with shower and the other with bath).

A special feature of the main house is the large open space comprising a sitting area with fireplace, a dining area and a large kitchen, all overlooking the garden and a covered veranda ideal for alfresco dining. Guests can also enjoy fresh vegetables and fruits from the vegetable garden and fruit trees tended by a gardener. In front of the main house is the beautiful swimming pool (15 x 4 meters).
