Delightful four bedroom Algarve Villa Holiday Rental Vale do Lobo, all en suite, and with private pool, located in Villas Alvas, near to the resorts of Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and the beautiful local beaches. This premium quality Portugal Villa Rental has been finished to a high standard and features include Wi-Fi internet, electric shutters and air conditioning throughout.

Living Areas
Spacious open plan living and dining room with patio doors leading to the poolside terrace. Flat screen TV with DVD player and a wide range of English language cable channels, including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. I-pod docking station and Wi-Fi sonos music system.

The kitchen, situated next to the dining area, is modern in design and is fully equipped, with appliances including Nespresso Coffee Maker,electric hobs, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, oven and American style fridge freezer with ice maker. Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional freezer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is a double bedroom with en suite shower room and double wardrobes with safe. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom (2 x twin beds together) and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower unit. There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor level.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the property. Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with an en suite with bath and separate shower unit. Patio doors lead to the shared first floor terrace. Bedroom four is the Master suite with double bed, en suite with bath and shower unit and patio doors the shared terrace. All bathrooms in the Villa are fitted with electric towel heaters.

Outside Space
The Villa benefits from lovely spacious exteriors, with a south facing pool deck furnished with sun loungers. The salt water pool measures approximately 9 x 5 metres with steps entry and it can be heated for a weekly supplement. Perfect for al-fresco dining, the villa benefits from an integrated gas BBQ and exterior dining table and chairs for 8 persons.

Location
Situated in Vilas Alvas, the villa enjoys a great central location in the Golden Triangle, with some of the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches and the luxury golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago only a few minutes drive away. There are excellent restaurants, including Alambique, within 5/10 minutes drive away. Garrao beach known locally as Julia's beach is within easy access of the villa either by car or by walking (approximately 20 minutes walk) and is home to five beachside restaurants with fabulous sea views.
The nearest supermarket is located at the entrance to Vale do Lobo. A few minutes by car is the Quinta do Lago shopping plaza with it's many boutiques, bars and restaurants including the popular Cheeky Pup.
