– an air-conditioned master suite with a 160x200cm double bed, bathroom and toilet

– air-conditioned room with double bed 140x190cm

– a ventilated mezzanine with an office area

The 581m² garden, without vis-à-vis, is fenced and closed by a gate.

Possibility to park 3 cars inside.

The salt pool, secured by an alarm, is under the sole responsibility of the parents. A weekly interview by an outside company has been scheduled.

This beautiful location is ideally located as a starting point for all excursions on the island … the three circuses (Cilaos, Mafate, and Salazie), the volcano, and all activities (snorkeling, transparent kayaking, boat rental, wholesale fishing, whale and dolphin watching, horse riding, canyoning, paragliding, helicopter flying, etc.)
