Found in a Luxury residence surrounded by coconut trees, on the beautiful Coson beach in Las Terrenas. A private villa of 400 m2 in the Caribbean style with swimming pool, jacuzzi and a tropical garden. Around 80m from the beach.

Large luxury villa with 7 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, included a separate bungalow with 4 beds on two levels and 1 bathroom. Ideal for a large group (16 maximum), at 50 meters from the beach, in the safe and secluded community. the villa is in the second rowwith just one house between the property and the beach.

The main house consists of three bedrooms downstairs, each with their own bathroom. Upstairs is a large master bedroom suite with a spa-like bathroom and a private balcony. Next to the master suite is a kids suite with four twin beds, a TV, and a full bathroom. All beds, other than the kids suite, are larger than King-sized. All linens are high-quality, imported from Europe. A separate Bungalow on the other side of the pool has a king bed downstairs as well as a mezzanine sleeping area, perfect for a family. The bungalow has its own bathroom and a mini-fridge and coffee maker.

The rental includes:
Electricity 110 V, gas and water
Daily cleaning service (9 am-1 pm) .
Change of Bed and bath linen twice a week.
If needed we can organise baby sitters, cooks and other services for an extra cost.
