La Villa is located in the middle of a 400 hectare organic farm with a small very ancient hamlet, within the Crete Senesi, a very atmospheric landscape dominated by harsh, bare hills worn away over the centuries with an indisputable charm.

The Villa can be reached along a brief stretch of unpaved road from inside the village with a large car park and the secondary entrance. The main entrance overlooks the large, fully fenced park.
Following the recent renovation, the owners have managed to sensitively maximize the ancient architectural features, ensuring comfort and finishings that are suitable for modern requirements.
The Villa offers air conditioning in all bedrooms (excepted for the bedroom on the mezzanine), digital terrestrial television with Sky and DVD player, Wi-Fi connection all over the house and in the garden as well as the swimming pool.
The kitchen is very well equipped: 5 burner cooker, 2 refrigerators, juicer, microwave, toaster.
In the park a 6x13 m swimming pool with changing room and shower, beach umbrella, deckchairs and a 5m sofa with cushions.
Besides the villa outdoor dining table for 13 people and an aperitif area with beach umbrella.
The daily cleaning service only covers the communal areas - kitchen, dining room and living rooms. It is possible to book the preparation of supper with typical Tuscan cuisine to be paid for on site.

From the Villa one can organize beautiful excursions to the towns of the Val d'Orcia, Montalcino 20 Km, Penza 35 Km, Buonconvento 9 Km with many excellent restaurants throughout the area.

GROUND FLOOR: entrance-reception room from which access to the garden; spacious living room with two lounge areas, one with a fireplace and one with a TV and card table; spacious dining room with table seating 13 people; a few steps lead down to the kitchen made up of three rooms: 1 office with refrigerator, sinks and second dining table; a larder and a third room with second refrigerator, sinks and dishwasher.

MEZZANINE FLOOR: (where the lift/elevator arrives) living room with TV; 1 twin bedroom (without air conditioning); en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.

FIRST FLOOR two night areas: the first consists of two double bedrooms with air conditioning; 1 bathroom with bathtub and separate shower; 1 bathroom with shower.

The second night area consists of two double bedrooms with air conditioning (both bedrooms have access to a private terrace); 1 bathroom with bathtub and separate shower; 1 large double bedroom with four poster bed and air conditioning, en suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower; 1 bedroom with a small double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Guest bathroom accessed via a flight of steps; a laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier and ironing area.
The windows have mosquito blinds; each bathroom has its own hair drier.
