The villa is built on a flat plot of land, with trees, 60 meters above sea level, with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and its peninsula.

The villa (renovated in 2020) is composed of 4 bedrooms (about 14 m2) with double bed (160×200 cm) of very good quality (dating from 2020) and separable simply 80×200 cm, so 8 beds.
