The property offers an overhanging swimming pool and a south-facing terrace, each opening onto the spectacular mountain scenery around it. The pool is occasionally shared with the owners (who do not live on site) but the garden is reserved for you.
Céret and its ramparts, nearby, will delight young and old with its rich Catalan medieval heritage.
You will explore the wooded areas and meadows of this immense holiday property, some of which lead directly into the mountains, perfect for hiking and mountain biking.
It is the ideal place for a holiday marked by luxury, nature and culture.
The famous coastal town of Collioure is 50 km away and the beaches of the Mediterranean are only an hour's drive away. 10 minutes up the mountain you will find the picturesque village of Saint Marsal, with an excellent little bakery and convenience store.
The historic city of Perpignan is 45 minutes away. Northern Spain, the Costa Brava, is just an hour's drive away and the bustling city of Barcelona is two hours away.
Two of the bedrooms have king size double beds and a third has two single beds. The living and dining room is very large (70 m²) with high ceilings. Enjoy a pétanque court next to the pool.
The property can be rented all year round, as all rooms are centrally heated.
