You will have at your disposal 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a magnificent landscaped Mediterranean garden of 2,000 m² punctuated by the song of the cicadas in summer, where you can park 2 cars.

DESCRIPTION

• A bright living room, facing the sea, offers the perfect setting to relax after a day spent exploring the region or at the beach. Sit down and enjoy the facilities at your disposal: Wi-Fi connection, DVD player, TV with French and foreign channels.

• You can prepare delicious recipes in the new kitchen fully equipped with small and large high-end appliances. You will enjoy them around the dining table provided for 8 guests or on your terrace enjoying the view of the sea and the hills of the Massif des Maures and in the evening contemplating magnificent sunsets.

• The 4 bedrooms (2 per level) offer comfortable hotel quality beds made on your arrival with high-end percale linen.

THE ROOMS

• On the 1st floor (living area level) 2 bedrooms with a double bed: 1 with private terrace and sea view, 1 with hills view can accommodate 1 baby bed or 1 extra bed. 1 bathroom with tub and shower. Separate WC.

• On the garden level you will find a family suite, opening onto large terraces and the garden, made up of 2 communicating rooms separated by a door. The master bedroom offers a large double bed, walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with large bathtub and separate WC. The second bedroom offers 2 or 3 single beds and can optionally be double + 1 single and / or 1 baby bed.

OTHER EQUIPMENT

• Reversible and adjustable air conditioning per room. Comfortable garden furniture, deckchairs and deckchairs which invite you to indulge in the pleasure of idleness, sunbathe or enjoy a good glass of rosé. Ping-pong table and pétanque area.
