Elegant holiday villa built at the beginning of the 20th century, located in the hills of Lunigiana, with views of the Apuan Alps, in the small district of Quercia, about 5 km from Aulla. The ground floor consists of a dining room and a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with an old marble sink and a pretty terrace: these rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The 1st floor has two double bedrooms and two bedrooms with 2 single beds, on the 2nd you will find another kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 3 single beds and a living room with balcony. The bathrooms are located on the middle floors. The town of Aulla is located in the province of Lunigiana, surrounded by the Apennines, the Apuan Alps and the Ligurian Sea; it is a town very rich in history and which has many cultural tourist sites. Discover the valleys with rocky ravines, the medieval hamlets, the caves, the thermal baths of Equi, the Cerreto area with its lakes and ski slopes, as well as the superb wine discovery routes. Aulla is located near Via Francigena, which leads to Sarzana (6 hours walk). The cellar and the attic are for the sole use of the owners. The 200m of the rental access road is not paved and is therefore not suitable for low or sports cars. Please note that the municipality follows a waste sorting program which it is important to respect.
