Located in the wonderful Tuscan territory, this magnificent villa offers the chance to stay in the splendid countryside surrounding Arezzo, Castiglion Fiorentino, and Cortona. Spending your holidays in this villa would offer you a blend of nature, history, good wine and great food.

La Villa offers a gated swimming pool where guests can spend time relaxing with family or friends. The interior of the property has a part of the original structure combined with a recently restructured section and it is furnished in a rustic style.
The swimming pool is less than 100m from the house. The railway line passes roughly 150m from the pool and 300m from the house.

Next to the villa there are other buildings owned by the same properties, but they are not rented. The caretakers (a couple) live to the back of the villa but do not use the outside areas, nor the swimming pool nor the entrance.

Guests staying at the Villa can avail of:
