Nice holiday apartment in the renowned city of Pietrasanta, called "little Athens", and only 4.5 km from the beaches of Versilia. The accommodation has a parking space in the internal garage below with a small private annex where you can leave your bikes. The building is equipped with an elevator that is accessible both from the garage and from the main entrance, alternatively the internal stairs. The accommodation is on the first floor and is on two levels, downstairs are a large living room with kitchen and bathroom, upstairs a double bedroom, an attic room ( height 1.85 m -1.50 m) with a French Lit and a single sofa bed. The location allows you to walk to the center of Pietrasanta, a small pearl in the heart of Versilia and the perfect destination for art lovers, a real open-air museum. Here you can also find typical restaurants, wine bars, boutiques and shops of all kinds, admire art galleries. A small train station is at just 400 m, ideal for reaching numerous destinations such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca and the wonderful Cinque Terre.
