In the heart of Champagne, ideally located between Reims and Epernay, between the Coteaux, Maisons and Caves of Champagne listed as World Heritage by UNESCO, this house is in an independent wing of the farm (wing at the bottom left on the aerial photo). It is a beautiful large capacity house (8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms), independent and comfortable, tastefully furnished.
This house is located in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, recently classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, halfway between Epernay (15km) and Reims (22km). Access from Paris and airports by the A4, from Belgium, the Netherlands and northern France by the A26, from Germany or eastern France by the A4, from Burgundy by the A5 and the A26. Access by train + car rental by Epernay, Reims or Champagne-Ardenne TGV, by air via Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle and Orly airports at 1h30.

The ideal place to meet up with family or friends, discover the region, meet the winegrowers and visit the cellars of Champagne houses; perfect for relaxing in peace or, for sports enthusiasts, playing tennis (private tennis on the property), walking, running, hiking (GR trails), mountain biking or horseback riding (equestrian center in the village).
