VILLA TOSCANE 17 PERS. AREZZO 18 KM PRIVATE POOL GARDEN STAFF

Beautiful farmhouse in the country-side area surrounding the nice town of Arezzo (18 km away).
This cute Villa offers an exclusive panorama over the charming landscape of Cortona and Valdichiana and allows to enjoy all the natural resources and also the historical and gastronomical features of this wonderful locality in Tuscany.

Beautiful pool for relaxing hours with family and friends, spacious garden equipped with a barbecue area, a lovely fireplace, warm and comfortable in colder days. Villa completely restored and turned into a welcoming accommodation up to 18 guests.

Main villa and 2 restored barns, all of which turned into separate units providing max. privacy (all of the units are rentable only together as private villa). A large common room with kitchen in the main villa's ground floor is available for guests to have their meals together. Barbecue area with gazebo with tables and chairs.

One of the 2 former barns next to the pool has been re-built into a large room for events and weddings (rentable only together with the villa - price on demand).

At guests’ disposal: large 8000-square-meter fenced-in garden, private swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – min. depth 1 m – max. depth 1,6 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) with Jacuzzi area, open-air shower (cold and warm water), toilet, laundry, swing, nice barbecue area with a large furnished gazebo for al-fresco dinners. WI-FI internet connection (free of charge).
Parking within the grounds.

Extra Services: Baby bed upon request (€ 10,- / per day to be paid on the spot). Maid service by arrangement (payment on site). Laundry with washing-machine available by paying an extra charge of € 50,- / per week (payment on the spot).
Small pets are allowed with an extra charge of € 70,- / per pet (to be paid locally).
