Very warm wood decoration. The house is atypical with the living room upstairs and the bedrooms on the garden level.
Kitchen of 20 m2 with new refrigerator and oven and all the equipment as at home!
2 bedrooms with 160 double beds equipped with high-end mattresses and 2 bedrooms with 90 bunk beds (normal beds equipped with excellent bedding, compatible for adults). Linen is not provided.
A GAME ROOM of 60 m2 in the basement will allow you to do weight training, elliptical trainer and table football! A television is at your disposal.
The living room opens onto a large terrace which will perhaps welcome you again if the weather permits; precision: part of the terrace (where the table is located) is covered by a waterproof pergola and allows you to stay dry during bad weather.
The SPORTED GARDEN is 1700 m2 and has a mature WATER ROOM with many fish and many plants which allows you to meditate or at least to find yourself in great peace; moreover the ground is located in a very calm domain, the house being it, at the end of the racket thus without any nuisance.
There is also a large POOL (10x5.5) and covered by a removable 144m2 high shelter, operational from April to October 1.
Finally, still in the garden, there is a ping-pong table and a basketball hoop. It is possible to fit at least 4 cars into the property, one of which is in the garage.
NB: NO TOBACCO OR ANIMALS in the house. HOLIDAYS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

In terms of the environment of the house: very close to the forest, the golf dunes and the riding center. The center of Hardelot is 3 minutes away by car.
Close to both TOUQUET and BOULOGNE-SUR-MER to take advantage of all the attractive areas of these 2 centers (Nausicaa in Boulogne, shops and the atmosphere in Le Touquet) without forgetting the atmosphere of the center of Hardelot and its multiple activities
