It overlooks the lagoon of the Creole village of Grand Bois and its beach just 200m walk.
From the deck in front of the infinity pool, you will be in the front row to watch the passage of the whales during the Austral winter or admire the magnificent sunsets.

Layout: the villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms en suite (also ventilated and equipped with new quality bedding), with their own bathroom or shower.

-Tropical Room: 160 double bed with bathroom, bathtub and dressing room,

-Colonial Room: 2 single beds in 90 with Italian bathroom and dressing,

-Ocean Room: 160 double bed with Italian bathroom and dressing room,

-Exotic Room: 2 single beds in 90 with Italian bathroom and dressing room.

2 rooms have sea views and 2 rooms on the tropical garden. Additional sleeping mezzanine for 1 or 2 people (2 single beds in 90). Living room with large windows in galandage that disappear completely to unite the interior and exterior living spaces of the villa. Living room, dining room on fully equipped american kitchen, independent pantry, 2 toilets, covered terrace and deck, private infinity pool with jacuzzi area, garden and indoor parking.

Air conditioning: the house is fully air-conditioned. The mezzanine also benefits from the ventilation of the living room for maximum comfort

Kitchen equipment: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American-style refrigerator, NESPRESSO coffee machine, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, rice cooker, steam cooker, many kitchen utensils and complete set of dishes.

Multimedia equipment: flat screen television with satellite channels, unlimited Internet. ADSL in Wi-Fi.

Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine in the pantry, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

Swimming pool: very nice stone pool of Bali with overflow, treated with salt, with its integrated jacuzzi area and solarium on the wooden deck.

Garden/terrace: covered and open terrace with full outdoor lounge and sunbeds for lounging and swimming pool. Tropical garden with trees and flowers.

Linen is included in the price (Sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels and tea towels set) - Supply of towels/ 1 large per person - City water - Electricity consumption (up to 45 euros per week) - Wifi Internet access - Television, DTT, satellite access - Pool maintenance and cleaning - Supply of pool products - Garden maintenance.

Services not included:
Final cleaning fee of 140 euros (cleaning of the villa, laundry of sheets and household linen with complete disinfection) in addition to the rent. Extra charge of 15€ for arrivals/departures on a Sunday or public holiday.
OFFERED: Stays of 14 days and +, we offer a service of 3h cleaning at the end of the 1st week.

Optional Paid Services:
On request: Creole ready meals and specialties (rougail, carry, gratin Chouchou, punch planteur, etc.) very popular on the day of arrival. Babysitting per approved person, bb kit (bed umbrella/sheets/high chair) for 4€/day or package 35€/stay.
