Welcome to this atypical and haute couture chalet of 350m² as if you were in the heart of the Canadian mountains, located in the French Ardennes, in Brognon, which can accommodate 15 people.
Close to the town of Chimay and its world-renowned beer, the cottage has many advantages.
For a weekend, the 5 hectare property, its drinking water pond, its interior fittings and the surroundings will be enough for everyone to be happy. For stays of one week: Chimay 15 km away; the Eau d'Heure lakes, the Virelles aquascope, etc.
For longer stays: Champagne, Paris, Brussels, Ghent, Bruges, Durbuy and the rest of Europe from Charleroi airport located 40 'away. The cottage, with its Canadian chalet style, offers services high-end in a 5 hectare park with a 75m long drinking water pond!

The chalet has 5 bedrooms including a master suite with private bathrooms, three double bedrooms and a dormitory.
The layout was made to measure. The decoration is neat.
The building has 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets. A sauna and a games room complete the indoor offer.
The terrace is the other strong point of the property: facing south and panoramic in front of the pond, it is fully equipped: jacuzzi, living room, dining room, gas barbecue.
The garden surrounds the property, a pétanque area, a children's play area, ping-pong table, zip line, paddle board on the pond!
