Modern and spacious, our cottage offers a total surface area, on one level, of approximately 280m². The living area, for four to six people, totals approximately 85m² and offers all the comforts for a relaxing and pleasant holiday.
The swimming pool consists of a 10x4m pool bordered by heated tiled beaches. The whole totaling 90 m².
The whole is non-smoking! The "outdoor living areas" declined in a patio and a large south-facing terrace, equipped with garden furniture, an electric grill, and as on the beaches of the Baltic Sea with a real beach basket (Strandkorb), s 'extend over 46 m². The garden, the private parking and the driveway cover approximately 500 m².
A lounge area: Equipped with a sofa that can easily be converted into an additional 140x205 cm bed, a flat screen TV which allows access to a multitude of French and international channels and radio channels from around the world. The sound bar allows the home cinema function and allows you to listen to the radio, CDs or your own music in blue tooth. A Yamaha piano is installed for musicians. Board games, audio books, CDs and DVDs are available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 140l refrigerator, a 60l freezer, a 4-zone induction hob, a 40l oven, a microwave, a dishwasher for 12 place settings, a washer-dryer, a stainless steel sink. 1 1/2 bowl, a mixer tap, porcelain crockery, glasses, cutlery for 8 people, a toaster, a blender, a salad spinner, pots, pans, a pressure cooker as well as many small ones useful kitchen utensils.
The smaller of the two is 14 m². It is furnished with a 160x200 cm bed with a quality mattress, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a leather armchair. It therefore has direct access to the patio and has a large window overlooking the terrace, the garden and the surrounding countryside. It is separated from the living room by a sliding door.
The largest measures between 20 and 21 m². It contains a 180x200 cm bed with two quality mattresses, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a writing table that can be transformed into a dressing table, a television set, direct access to the patio.
