This ancient nineteenth-century house with swimming pool near Chiaramonte Gulfi and at 7 km from Comiso, offers a suggestive atmosphere, an ideal setting for those who love to experience moments of history and romance in an environment full of flavors and traditions. The house is located in the context of a Sicilian farm that produces DOP olive oil with an unmistakable Sicilian taste, in this regard it is possible to taste the oil and visit the oil mill during the harvest period which you can also participate in. The house is reached through a short road surrounded by olive trees. A large canopy covers the windowsill of the villa, furnished with tables, barbecue, outdoor kitchen, ping-pong corner, table football, while on the side of the accommodation you can play bocce. The rooms are large: living room, kitchen, dining room and five bedrooms, one with a four-poster bed. All rooms overlook the beautiful landscape with olive and orange trees as far as the eye can see, an ancient kitchen (additional) dusts off past memories, two bathrooms with shower. Inside, a room has been used to create a small gym with various equipment. Outside, between trees and lawns, there is an irregular-shaped swimming pool, bathrooms and shower available to guests. Even the little ones have their own space with slide, swing and playhouse, while for the older ones a gazebo has been built near the pool to enjoy excellent aperitifs or a glass of wine. A few kilometers away are Chiaramonte Gulfi with its pine forest, and the atmosphere of a mountain village, or Comiso (ancient kasmena) for a more cultural visit. The location is only a few hundred meters from the SS514 road that connects the provinces of Ragusa, Catania and Syracuse, so it will be easy to move around to explore a large part of south-eastern Sicily. Ragusa, Modica, Scicli or the Iblean beaches are within a radius of 20 km.
