In Marina di Ragusa, a few hundred meters from the mouth of the Irminio river and the Irminio Reserve, famous as an observation point for migratory birds from nearby Africa, there is this holiday home immersed in a large plot of about 5000 m2 , partly left natural as required by the regulations of the nature reserve, and partly with lawn, stone walls and palm trees. Guests have access to the swimming pool with large solarium equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas. In front of the house there are two, one covered with a large umbrella and the second with a fixed cover, both equipped with a table, chairs and a sitting area to relax with the view of the swimming pool. A glimpse of the sea is visible in the distance.
The house consists of three bedrooms, each with bathroom with shower, a comfortable kitchen and a large space at the entrance furnished as a living room with sofas. Outside, under a large canopy, there is a characteristic built-in kitchen with barbecue. Three extra bathrooms are in the pool area. Marina di Ragusa is a seaside resort in the context of the Iblean beaches, known for its wide beaches of fine sand and crystal clear waters. The town of Marina di Ragusa is a popular tourist destination that offers, in addition to the beaches, also many typical restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream parlors, as well as a modern marina. In addition to bathing and nightlife, Marina di Ragusa is located in a strategic point to easily reach the places of the Baroque, such as Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli and Comiso, all within a radius of about 20 km. The beautiful Catania, Syracuse and Noto, a Unesco heritage site, are located within a radius of about 100 km.
